4-H Career Explorations

Career Explorations is a three-day event for youth on the Cornell University campus. The purpose of this conference is to provide youth with exposure to academic fields and career exploration, to develop leadership skills, to provide hands-on experience in a college setting and to introduce you to Cornell University. The event is made up of two grade specific tracts: University U for youth entering grades 8-9 and Focus for Teens for youth entering grades 10-12.

Participant Arrival: 10 AM–12:00 PM on June 25

Departure: 2:30 PM on June 27

Cost: $ TBD per person.  Scholarship funds available at both the state and county level.

Registration: Opens March, closes June 1, 2019

Program Tracks:

  • University U: teens entering 8th – 9th grades
  • Focus for Teens: teens entering 10th – 12th grades
