  • Wednesday, November 29, 2017, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Charcuterie is the branch of cooking devoted to prepared meat products such as bologna, sausages and pâtés. Making a charcuterie board with local meats and cheeses is an easy way to entertain guests and also support local farm businesses.

MacKenzie Waro, Meat Marketing and Processing Specialist, will talk about the types of meat, where they come from, dressing them up, how to display them and pair them with local cheeses. Samples of local wine, and craft beer will be available.
