Trout in the Classroom

  • Saturday, February 23, 2019, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Trout in the Classroom (TIC) is an interdisciplinary program that introduces cold water conservation education in New York schools by raising brook trout or other native cold-water species from eggs to fingerlings.  This workshop will provide teachers and program partners an opportunity to interact with each other, learn how to use the equipment properly, get introduced to educational resources and obtain new ideas.
