The Lewis County Horse Clinic will be held Saturday, May 25th through Sunday, May 26 that the Lewis County Fairgrounds.The cost of the clinic will be $25.00 per participant, $20.00 for additional sibling(s), and $15.00 for chaperone(s) or parent(s). The cost includes meals from breakfast through dinner on Saturday, and a light breakfast on Sunday.4-H’ers can also purchase t-shirts separately. Youth and their animals can arrive between the hours of 7:00-9:00 AM on Saturday, May 25th; please do not arrive any earlier.Clean up and check-out time will be on Sunday, May 26 th by 8:00 AM, unless the 4-H member is also a Rainbow Show participant.It is a requirement to be a 4-H member, so please ensure paperwork is in well before this event.Each participant must be chaperoned by a parent, legal guardian or designated adult for the entire clinic.
All horses must be properly vaccinated, and health papers WILL BE CHECKED upon arrival.ANY UNHEALTHY ANIMALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED OFF THE TRUCK. All needed riding evaluations must be done before the clinic.
Registration is due to CCE Lewis County 4-H, 7395 East Road, Lowville, NY13367 BY FRIDAY, April 26th Checks are to be made out to CCE Lewis.No refunds will be given.All youth will receive a “What to Bring to Horse Clinic” checklist after registering.
