  • Thursday, May 30, 2019, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Sweet Peppers, and Marigolds; learning to grow produce and use biocontrol plants for insects. Peppers require warmer temperatures, full sun, and well-drained soil. We will transplant 2 Pepper plants with a Marigold flower to help deter insects on your vegetables. You will go home with a 5 gallon bucket, soil, a bamboo stake, 2 Peppers, and a Marigold. Come and enjoy the adventure of growing your own vegetables in containers that require little space and just a little TLC. Eating fresh produce is a healthy snack.
