COUNTY FAIR YOUTH ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS
All fair entries must be submitted online at: http://lewiscountyfair-ny.fairentry.com
- Youth Animal Online Entry Deadline: June 7 Animal need to be in place at the fairgrounds by 9pm on July 15th.
- Youth Building Online Entry Deadline: July 10. Exhibits will be entered online. Projects will be evaluated at the fairgrounds in the LeRoy Nichols Building on Friday, July 12th from 1-4pm.
Simply create a log in and start entering, make sure you sign up for the correct division and all the classes you want to be entered in!

Additional deadlines:
- Jr. Superintendent applications are due to the 4-H Office by June 21st. A mandatory orientation for those selected will be at the fairgrounds (youth building) on Friday, July 12th from 9am-12pm.
- Submit large animal identification certificates BY FRIDAY, May 31st to the 4-H office. Copies are available at the 4-H office or by clicking here.
Horse exhibitors also need to have copies of their current negative Coggins as well as their current rabies certificate on file at the 4-H office by Friday, May 31st.
Important Documents For Each Animal Species:
¬Horse - Negative Coggins and proof of Rabies (collected by 4-H Office)
¬Cattle* - Rabies (4 months and older), negative BVD, proof of BRD vaccine
¬Sheep* - Scrapie ID, Rabies (4 months and older)
¬Goats* - Scrapie ID
¬Swine* - Proper animal identification
¬Llamas/Alpacas* - Proper animal identification, negative BVD-PI test
¬Poultry* - negative PTT test, proof of NPIP – Mandatory Poultry Pullorum Testing to be held June 27 -5:30pm at CCE office.*Lewis County 4-H does not need to collect these documents, but you must have this paperwork with you at the fairgrounds for Veterinary Inspection (required of all animals onsite).
