END OF YEAR PAPERWORK DUE SEPTEMBER 30th

End-of-Year paperwork will be sent to the organizational leader for all clubs and independent members.All clubs are required to complete this paperwork to remain in good standing and retain their club charter.Because a 4-H club is a part of Cornell Cooperative Extension it must operate within the fiscal parameters set by the CCE system.The club, when organized, agreed to:
- Maintain records of all financial transactions
- Submit a financial statement, including a list of all financial transactions, to the extension association at least annually (see Tool L-18); 4-H Club Financial Statement.
