Transportation Quality Assurance plays a critical role in the health and welfare of cattle. By using best practices, transporters can save the beef industry millions of dollars each year. *All drivers delivering cattle to Cargill U.S. slaughter plants are required to be certified by the Beef Quality Assurance Transportation and Training Certification Program (BQAT) for cattle transporters.
