Looking to start your own maple syrup operation or just tap a few trees? Then you won't want to miss this class! Join us on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm at Cornell Cooperative Extension Lewis County for an informative session with guest speaker Adam Wild, Cornell Maple Specialist. We'll provide coffee and light snacks to keep you energized as you learn everything you need to know. Pre-registration is required, so be sure to register by Monday, February 19th, by sending a check made out to CCE Lewis for $5.00 or stop by our office.
