EASTERN HEMLOCKS, FOREST HEALTH, AND THREATS TO THE FUTURE

A Forest Health Workshop that will focus on managing our forests for adaptation and resiliency with exploration of known threats affecting our forest ecosystems.

There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee. Registration fee is waived for NYSCDEA members.

Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hear from experts in the field as they discuss forest management, threats to forest

ecosystems, integrated pest management, Hemlock Woolly Adelgid and Beech

Leaf Disease, and attend a forest training to identify forest pests and diseases.

This course has been approved for continuing education credits through the International Society of Arborists. Applications have been submitted for approval to the Society of American Foresters, NY Logger Training, Pesticide, and American Planning Association, and will be made available to view on our website as they are accepted.
