2024 Labor Roadshow

The Agricultural Workforce Development Council's (AWDC) Labor Roadshow VIII is set to address critical issues facing New York farm employers. In-person sessions will be held in Troy on December 11th at Hudson Valley Community College and in Geneva on December 13th at Cornell Agritech, running from 8:30 AM to 4 PM. Online sessions will take place on December 17th and 18th from 12 PM to 2 PM via Zoom. Topics covered will include I-9 audits, overtime and payroll compliance, union organizing, leadership and language learning, heat safety, employee benefits, farm safety and risk management, and farm employee housing. The cost to attend is $75 per person, with payment options including cash, check, or online registration.
