Do you know a youth that plans to work on a farm this summer? Farm safety is imporant for everyone, come and learn safety in a hands on educational setting.
Open to youth age 14+ (not in 4-H yet you can enroll when you sign up)
You need to attend all the classes to receive the certification. Please commit to attending all 4 of the classes and the Test Day.
Tuesday, April 8th: CCE Lewis, East Road, Lowville from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Tuesday, April 15th: Whites Farm Supply, State Rte 26, Lowville from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Tuesday, April 22nd: Logans Equipment, NY-12, Copenhagen from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Tuesday, April 29th: SN Partners, Shady Ave, Lowville from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday, May 3rd (Test Day): NNY Farmers Market CO-OP, State Rte 26, Lowville from 9:00 am - End
*Parents should plan to attend the first session and are welcome to attend the other sessions.

**Federal law requires the certification of youth under the age of 16 who operate tractors off property owned/leased by their parents. If youth plan to work on a farm, they need to hold this certification. **
