Join us for an evening of learning, networking, and delicious possibilities on Wednesday, May 1st at the Lewis County Education Center, 7395 East Rd, Lowville NY 13367.
The event will kick off with a dinner served from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Members of the Lewis County Maple Producers can enjoy this meal as part of their membership. Non-members are welcome to join for dinner at a cost of $10 per person.
Following dinner, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, we will feature a dedicated program on Value Added Maple Confections led by Jake Moser of Moser Maple, LLC. Jake will share his expertise and insights into creating and marketing a variety of delectable maple treats, offering valuable knowledge for producers looking to diversify their offerings and increase profitability.
The evening will conclude with an engaging Maple Producer Panel Question & Answer session from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Our esteemed panel includes experienced local producers: Carl Pierce of Pierce's Sugar Spigot, Bruce Rohr of Cedar Ledge Farm, and Aaron Zehr. This will be a fantastic opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and gain valuable perspectives from those who have successfully navigated the world of maple production.
