Maple Production

In New York State many people with an interest, a little knowledge and the proper equipment can create a maple syrup product. However, creating a high quality product for resale is where the Cornell Sugar Maple Research & Extension Program can assist you. The Cornell Sugar Maple Research & Extension Program provides activities, information and research projects on maple production.

The Cornell Sugar Maple Program works to improve the production and use of maple products by working with producers, consumers and others. Please visit the Cornell Sugar Maple Program website for accurate and up to date information on maple production.
