Kick off the sugaring season with a FREE DINNER from Miller's, timely info, and a Q&A session! *Registration REQUIRED by Monday, February 3rd* zoom link will be available.

6:00PM-7:00PM: Join us for a FREE pre-season dinner catered by Miller's Meat Market at while you connect with fellow Maple Producers. During dinner, the Lewis County Maple Producers Association will hold a short meeting.

7:00PM-8:00: Adam Wild, Senior Extension Associate, Henry and Mildred Uihlein Director, Uihlein Maple Research Forest, Natural Resources and the Environment, will share his expertise on maintaining healthy forests and improving soil quality for successful maple syrup production.

8:00-9:00: Q&A session to provide valuable insights for the upcoming sugaring season.
