Beef Stewardship for Success

Join CCE educators from Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties for a hands-on, interactive workshop focused on beef stewardship, stockmanship, handling, and overall success.

We will start the day off learning about facilities, the beef check-off program, and get a biosecurity & New World Screwworm update from our local state veterinarian before going to work on some stockmanship & cattle handling principles at Brad Love's farm in Gouverneur, NY. This program will also get beef producers 3 CE credits towards Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) re-certification.
